Important reminders
Investing in a cooperative is not a traditional financial investment.
Only invest what you can afford to lose
Your capital is exposed to the risk of partial or total loss.
Locked capital
The money invested may be locked for several years and is therefore not available in the short term.
No capital gains on shares
The cooperative strongly limits capital gains on social shares. At best, you will recover the same amount invested when leaving the membership. Dividends are possible, however.
